Telos Systems to Unveil New Innovations at IBC2009

31 August 2009, Cleveland Ohio, USA

Telos Systems will be unveiling the next generation of digital hybrid technology at IBC2009, September 11-15, at stand 8.D29.

New from Telos Systems, the Telos Nx1 and Telos Nx2 represent the next generation of POTS Digital Hybrids. Available in either a single POTS (Nx1) or dual POTS (Nx2) configuration, Nx Digital Hybrids offer the latest hybrid technology, an expanded list of standard features, and greater control over incoming caller audio.

Each hybrid has its own AGC, noise gate, and caller override dynamics using carefully tuned DSP algorithms. Included in each hybrid is DDEQ, a sophisticated multi-band equalizer that analyzes and adjusts received audio for smooth, consistent call quality.

Exclusive to Telos Systems, each digital hybrid has an adaptive function that reduces the possibility of feedback in open speaker applications. Each hybrid has its own Status Symbols™ visual call management icon that clearly show line and caller status.

The recently released Z/IP Mixer will be accompanying Telos’ offerings at IBC. The Z/IP Mixer combines the versatility of the rackmount Zephyr/IP with the utility of a digital fourchannel stereo mixer, all in a rugged, road-ready portable chassis. The Zephyr/IP enables broadcasters to use public IP networks and mobile phone data services for high quality, minimally delayed, trouble free audio.
