ANNOUNCE TESTING AGREEMENT

NEW YORK, September 24, 1999 — Telos Systems / Cutting Edge has made public an agreement with Lucent Digital Radio to begin testing Lucent’s IBOC DAB system with the Cutting Edge Omnia.dab Digital Audio Processor. A leading manufacturer of state-of-the art digital audio processors for radio and internet broadcasting, Cutting Edge will participate in field tests of its Omnia.dab to ensure compatibility with Lucent’s In-Band On Channel Digital Audio Broadcast system.
