The correct version of Xstream software will depend on your hardware.If your Xstream currently is running software that ends with a "p" or "i" (10 Base-T hardware), first read about updating your unit here: Telos Zephyr Xstream Update Instructions for version 3.7.3p. Then, download version 3.7.3p here: ZXS373p.exe. If your Xstream currently is running software that ends with "r" or "b" (100 Base-T hardware), first read about updating your unit here: Telos Zephyr Xstream Update Instructions for version 3.8.3r Then, check your Xstream's software update webpage: • If the hardware revision is 1, use the 3.8.3_r1 updater. • If the hardware revision is 2, you are currently running the latest software (3.8.9r). Regardless of what software you install, the update will take 5-10 minutes. During this time, your Zephyr may become unresponsive. This is normal! Do not shut off or reboot your Zephyr until the update process is complete. |
